Research Analyst
Primary Responsibilities for the position:
1) Research, identify and sort potential U.S. and Chinese public equity investments by performing thorough company analysis including addressable market analysis, customer and supplier analysis, and growth strategy analysis using tools such as Bloomberg, among others.
2) Perform primary, fundamental investment analysis utilizing a comprehensive range of valuation techniques; conduct due diligence, including company-specific, competitor and industry analysis; identify and assess value catalysts; construct complex DCF, LBO and capital allocation models;
3) Prepare and assist in the delivery of investment memorandum and marketing materials for internal and external constituencies by using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (creating pivot tables, using functions such as VLOOKUP) and Bloomberg, among other.
4) Conduct investment monitoring, interact with portfolio company management, including analytical support of strategic events; dialogue with other shareholders and attending company events and broker conferences.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor of business administration degree in finance, investment and banking.
• 1 year past experience.
